A retired U.S. Army Colonel, Richard has held senior leadership roles across the military, federal government, and private sector, driving innovation in cyber readiness and training. He is a CISSP-certified expert with a proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact cyber exercises, including the nationally recognized “Cyber Yankee.” Passionate about building resilient cyber teams, Richard leads CKG with a mission to strengthen public and private sector cyber preparedness through tailored, hands-on training solutions.
